LabDiet® 5008 Formulab Diet (Irradiated) is the irradiated form of LabDiet 5008, a complete life-cycle diet for breeding colonies of rats and hamsters and many strains of mice.
The irradiated variant is intended for use in barrier facilities and other situations where feed must be supplied with reduced microbial load. The underlying formula is identical to the standard LabDiet 5008 and is produced under the Constant Nutrition® managed formulation program.
